Defective Goods Return

We accept returns or exchanges for manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receiving your items. To qualify, customers must provide photos/videos of the defect along with the original invoice.

Once the returned item is received and approved at our warehouse, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. If the refund is issued to a bank account, processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies. Please contact your bank for further details. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
